Online Ordering at East Bentleigh Animal Care
Need to order food or prescription medication for your pet? East Bentleigh Animal Care makes it easy. Simply get in touch to place your order, and we’ll have it ready for you as soon as possible.
For prescription medications, a current prescription from one of our veterinarians is required. In some cases, we may need to see your pet in person before dispensing. Legislation requires that a veterinarian examine your pet at least every six months to continue prescribing medication. This ensures we’re acting in your pet’s best interest and that the treatment remains safe and effective.
Please allow 4 days for your order to be processed. If urgent please contact the clinic and we will try our best to get the medicine as soon as possible.
We’ll notify you by phone or SMS as soon as it’s ready for collection. You can pay when you pick up or over the phone, whatever is easiest for you.
